ですが、性格上、この新聞記事を読まずに次の人にまわすことが、なかなかできません。

コンクール情報もチェックします。
というのも、この中から、将来ソリストに使うアーティストが出るかもしれないので要チェックです。

Recently I'm doing my job, although not remarkable, step by step.
The photo loaded above is articles related to music and arts, and these articles are circulated in our office.
I don't like this system, since these are piled on my desk if I wouldn't pass these for a while.
But I can't pass these to next person without reading.
There are many valuable items in papers.
I always check informations of musical competitions.
Because there might be future soloists who will play with our orchestra someday in these articles.
I can't miss them.
It seems like a producer!
